of Reconstruction of the Shre Rama Temple that has been destroyed,

for decades within the history of cultural and territorial conflicts, by Muslims!

Mataji has talked about the importance of conscious and healthy food, mainly in India, where the habits of inadequate food gives place to so many metabolic disorders due to the high intake of refined carbohydrates and sugars. Giving relevance to obesity, diabetes and BP.

Mataji says that with a little more dissemination about the habit of feeding and the blessing of living in a country so rich in quality and diversity of fruits and vegetables, it would change the lives and health of many people!

Mataji ha hablado sobre la importancia de una comida sana y saludable, principalmente en la India, donde el hábito de una comida inadecuada da espacio a tantos trastornos metabólicos debido a la alta ingesta de carbohidratos y azúcares refinados. Dando relevancia a la obesidad, diabetes y presión arterial. Mataji dice que con un poco más de difusión sobre el hábito de la alimentación y la bendición de vivir en un país tan rico en calidad y diversidad de frutas y verduras, ¡cambiaría la vida y la salud de muchas personas!

He was the disciple of “Mahavatar Babaji”. and later on the Guru of Shri Yukteswar Giri (who again was the Master of Paramahansa Yogananda, the author of “Autobiography of a Yogi”)
